DOUBLE GAIN VICE

This model differs from our vices only by the runner unit: base and gib. This was developed to overcome the small torque differences formed in the gib when stressing the vice. As it can be noticed, the gib fits into the base body on both its sides and lower step, thus forming an extremely accurate joint. The bed plate is made of very strong G 26 pearlitic iron, the remaining parts being made of casehardened hardened steel. 

Upon request, it can be supplied with 360° - indexed swivel base.
