PRECISION MECHANICAL TOOLS

RC vices were created for precision toolng, with features that allow a secure lock even in high -strain tooling situations. The bed is made of highly resistant G25 pearlitic cast iron, and the rest is entirely tempered, casehardened steel. The two parts interlock with high-precision grinding tolerances, so that the two materials can virtually last forever. The vices include bores for mounting V-type jaws for cylindrical materials, or knurled jaws for raw materials. The swivel base is a useful accessory for easy positioning:made of cast iron, it rotates 360°.
