Vice made with the traditional RC method,
base in G 25 cast iron, sliding gibs in hardened steel. The clamping
screw, with a trapezoidal section, iscompletely rectified, and the
nut-screws are made in bronze to assure the longest
and most accurate matching. The vice is fitted with two reversible
vee-jaws, which permit to clamp cylindrical pieces with a diameter
ranging between 25 and 110 mm. Stirruping can be made in the three
othogonal positions. Clamping forcè: 1000 Kg. It can be also supplied
with a hydraulic rotary engine for the automatic clamping of the
piece
